Sometimes you’ve got to walk off the path;

sometimes you’ve got to leave home and hearth.

The safety we see is not as safe as it seems,

it’s merely somewhere we hide in our dreams.

In reality safety’s found out on the wild side

where free minded folk take their life’s ride.

So now and then walk off the path that you see

and let your feet fall out where you can be free.

About a foolhardy florilegium

Nullius addictus iurare in verba magistri, quo me cumque rapit tempestas, deferor hospes.
