Who am I, I wonder, there’s so many that I’ve been
the concept of identity is more the “me’s” I’ve seen
and other folk have noticed, deciding that is “me”.
But really, after all this time I need to set “me” free;
run naked down the path of life exposing who has been
is not the person who I am but rather this world’s seen
for with all of his foibles I’m proud that I am “me”
and hope that I can always stay happy, wild and free.
