Ostanenie
A word that many
would never use,
prefer to lose
or just excuse.
But it’s meaning’s clear
if we hold it near
it’ll help us steer
a path through the grime
of space and time,
reaching heights sublime.
So it has a place
just keep it in case
its use you feel
could help you seal
a life that’s real.
It’s a word that can play
in full light of day
and in a Mindful way.
