Something my daughter taught me.

Love is a treasure that we all should hold
close to our heart; more precious than gold.
I’ve known many folk with money to burn
and yet they feel sadness at life’s every turn.
So hold as we may to those purse strings so tight;
in the final accounting it’s love that is right.

About a foolhardy florilegium

Nullius addictus iurare in verba magistri, quo me cumque rapit tempestas, deferor hospes.
