Happy International Women’s Day to My Mona Lisa

I saw her soul, it shone like gold;

its simple beauty made me bold.

I knew ’twas reaching for the stars;

she was Venus and I was Mars.

But reach I did and felt her heart;

her Spirit – Mona Lisa art.

Thirty years now since that day

and still I find my heart at play.

About a foolhardy florilegium

Nullius addictus iurare in verba magistri, quo me cumque rapit tempestas, deferor hospes.
