Wisdom’s Seat

When wisdom seems a world away; a world far out of reach

It’s then the heart must come to play, its own wisdom to teach.

For wisdom is not simply the things that we may know;

Wisdom also comes to us from where deep feelings flow.

So close the books from time to time and hear your own heartbeat,

For deep within that rhythm you’ll find true wisdom’s seat.

About a foolhardy florilegium

Nullius addictus iurare in verba magistri, quo me cumque rapit tempestas, deferor hospes.
