As we stand at the start of World War 3

no need to wonder what the world will be.

Whatever the outcome, we won’t be free;

our futures chosen by you and me.

Farewell my friends it has been fun

and really we’ve had a pretty good run.

This planet was ours to make our choice;

we chose our path, didn’t lift our voice.

As we chose this war to end all life;

it mirrors our world – eternal strife.

It’ll be goodbye I’m sad to say

but it’s our choice – our final way.

As footsteps lead to this final war;

life’s been good, couldn’t ask for more.
