Our behemoth

One foot on the throttle and one one the brake;
how much more madness can this planet take?
The whole world’s going at a breakneck pace;
it’s not human kind it’s a human race.
It’s all Helter Skelter as we blunder on
until pretty soon it’ll all be gone.
We’re driving ourselves to an early grave
and leaving nothing for our kids to save.
How can we stop this behemoth of ours
before into the ground humanity it plows?

About a foolhardy florilegium

Nullius addictus iurare in verba magistri, quo me cumque rapit tempestas, deferor hospes.
