Flaccidity Ditty

I really hate the flatlands, when I’m looking for some fun.

I’m looking for a river that has some rapids I can run.

I just got myself a new toy and I want to try it out,

But flaccid little waterways is all we have about.

There’s no fun without danger and a bit of challenge too

round here the rivers are all tame where wildness one time grew.

I guess that it’s flaccidity, maybe I’ll find some trees

Surely this whole Universe hasn’t been bought to its knees.

If the Gods meant it to be this tame why did they make me

With an inner urge to go out and run like I am free.
