Sunrise

I love the early morning when the Sun’s flames lick the sky.

It’s uplifting to the spirit; reminds me I can fly.

And though so much is said and done throughout a brand new day,

the one thing I’ll remember is what Old Sol had to say.

About a foolhardy florilegium
