Sophie’s first big poem (8 years old)

There was a Pangolin Sophie once knew
Who was not purple or pink, but blue
It loved to dance and prance all day
And then at night it ran away
Then it saw them as they came
The Unicorns they sang the same
They spoke Pangarony just like her
but they didn’t have beautiful blue fur
instead they had big flat scales
and loved to have market sales
where they sold food and toys
to naughty little Pangolin boys
they sold arts and crafts to the girls
who wore jewelry made of pearls

About a foolhardy florilegium

Nullius addictus iurare in verba magistri, quo me cumque rapit tempestas, deferor hospes.
