When barbaric practice is the norm

then life becomes a vicious storm

where lives and hopes are torn asunder

amid the din of Karmic thunder.

Where dreams are simply brushed away

then with our Spirits we all pay

for payment’s due from all concerned;

there’s Karma there easily earned.
