Him

There’s many of us know him well;

he makes our lives a living hell.

He’s always there, both day and night

hidden just beyond our sight.

But always though we cannot see

he never will just let us be.

The only answer I can find

to let me find some peace of mind

is just to breath and let him go

where ever my mind’s stream does flow

then through the haze that is my fear

I see the world and it is clear.

So when he comes I breath and feel

and stay behind my own life’s wheel.
