A question?

Dalai_LamaIf happiness is the answer then is the question clear?
Or is it meditation that brings the whole truth near?
How will we ever find it; the true goal that we seek?
Must we delve in meditation on a far off mountain peak?
Or is the answer simpler and dwelling in our hearts?
That’s what the Dalai Lama says and he knows both those arts.
The first is meditation, an art that he does own
and next is simple happiness from which his heart has grown.
So if that man should tell me to simply look within
I think that if I do it, there’s a damn good chance I’ll win.
So I’ll cancel all my bookings at that spiritual retreat
and gently look within myself to see who I should meet.
