parade before our eyes.

‘Facts’ without foundation

flood from the TV station.

Propaganda flows

from where profit grows.

The corporate nation rules

and treats us like fools.

But it’s us who will swallow

words so plainly hollow,

so it’s us who must lead

the world away from greed.

But we all desire more

so we’re constantly at war

with earth sky and sea.

What will our future be?
