Mary Jane

Mary Jane my lover from so many years ago
you taught me to love life and watch the river flow.
But then one day I left you far back along the track
and now my grasp on loving can at times get slack.
But the lessons are still in there from so long ago
I simply need to sit down and watch the river flow.

About a foolhardy florilegium

Nullius addictus iurare in verba magistri, quo me cumque rapit tempestas, deferor hospes.
